Prof. (Dr.) Trishu Sharma

He possesses extensive expertise spanning over sixteen years, encompassing both academia and industry. Holding a Doctorate in Journalism and Mass Communication, he stands as a prominent figure in the field. His academic journey is marked by the presentation of numerous research papers at national and international conferences, as well as substantial contributions to esteemed journals. Additionally, he has taken on the role of editor for several notable publications focused on media education. Throughout his illustrious career, Professor Dr. Sharma has held pivotal positions at esteemed institutions. He has served as an Assistant Professor at the Central University of Haryana and contributed his expertise to a premier institution in Rohini, affiliated with GGSIP University in New Delhi. Notably, he has held the esteemed position of Director of Media & Animation Studies at Chandigarh University, Mohali, where he successfully spearheaded a community radio station initiative. Currently, Professor Dr. Sharma holds the esteemed position of Dean and Director at the Amity School of Communication, Amity University Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior, India. Under his dedicated guidance, one Ph.D. scholar has completed their doctoral journey, while two others are diligently pursuing their research. His commitment to fostering academic discourse is evident through the organization of numerous seminars and conferences that have garnered widespread acclaim. Professor Dr. Sharma’s profound expertise has led to invitations to serve as a Subject Expert for various selection boards, academic committees, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). His invaluable contributions continue to shape the landscape of Mass Communication education and research.
